Job Summary:
As the Director of Sales, you are responsible for driving growth within OnPay’s Partner Channel. OnPay’s Partner Channel focuses on supporting accounting and bookkeeping firms that utilize OnPay to provide a full-service payroll & HR solution to their clients. You will identify and develop a sales strategy to onboard new Partner firms and increase brand awareness within the community. Please apply through the company website. Role Responsibilities:
Grow and manage a team of Partner Sales Representatives
Maintain an individual sales pipeline of larger strategic opportunities
Oversee the end-to-end client acquisition process - including lead generation, qualification, product demonstration, and conversion
Define the messaging and approach to share the OnPay vision and value proposition with prospective Partners
Identify and attend Accounting & Bookkeeping events of all sizes to build a network in the community
Stay current with the latest developments in the marketplace and competitor activities
Work closely with other teams (Marketing, Onboarding, and Success) to ensure a unified strategy and customer journey

Education and Experience:
4+ years of sales or client-facing experience; preferably within the Payroll or software Industries
3+ years of management or team leadership experience
Experience working with Accountants and/or Bookkeeping Firms preferred
Payroll knowledge preferred
College experience (degree strongly preferred)
