Job Summary:
OnPay’s Partner Channel focuses on supporting accounting and bookkeeping firms that utilize OnPay to provide a full-service payroll solution to their clients. As a Senior Account Manager, you will focus on building long-term relationships with key Partner firms, starting from firm onboarding and lasting through the entire customer lifecycle. Role Responsibilities:
Serve as the lead point of contact for all account management matters for an assigned book of Advanced & Elite Partners
Become the Partner’s trusted advisor and have a direct impact on driving revenue and expanding the customer base
Assist with challenging client requests and issue escalations, as needed
Develop a thorough understanding of OnPay product and service offerings and build cross-functional relationships within the organization to better assist Partners
Stay up-to-date on market trends, research and identify new opportunities, and implement effective sales strategies that grow the business.
Foster close relationships that expand reach within the partner firms and are viewed as an extension of their team
Support client adoption initiatives and have a direct impact on the growth and adoption of their business
Work closely with the sales teams to ensure a smooth transition
Conduct regular meetings with assigned client base and organize business reviews as needed
Operate with little oversight, be an executor, and build trust across the Partner Channel

Travel up to 10% may be required
Education and Experience:
3-5 years experience in a client-facing role required
Experience working with Accountants and/or Bookkeeping Firms preferred
Payroll knowledge preferred; FPC certification a plus
College experience (degree strongly preferred)
Familiarity with common collaboration and workflow process tools (JIRA, HubSpot, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office)
