The Role
As the Director of FP&A, you will serve as a key finance leader during a critical period of transformation and growth. This role will oversee all aspects of Financial Planning and Analysis for the company, driving performance analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling to support executive decision-making and strategic planning. This is a high-impact opportunity for a finance professional who thrives in fast-paced, dynamic, and data-driven environments.
What You’ll Do
Lead enterprise-wide FP&A processes, including budgeting, forecasting, performance tracking, and variance analysis.
Build and maintain detailed financial models and dashboards to support decision-making, scenario planning, and strategic initiatives.
Develop financial insights and recommendations.
Partner with RevOps and GTM teams to support pipeline analysis and revenue forecasting.
Deliver monthly and quarterly reporting packages for internal and external stakeholders.
Contribute to the development of scalable finance infrastructure in preparation for growth.
Collaborate with the COO to transition finance-related responsibilities as organizational needs evolve.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
What You Bring
7-10 years of progressive experience in FP&A, ideally within high-growth technology environments.
Background in private equity-backed companies or experience at a private equity firm, or investment banking, with transition to operating roles.
Demonstrated success in financial leadership roles involving complex modeling, strategy, and capital planning.
Advanced Excel modeling skills and proficiency with financial systems.
Deep understanding of SaaS metrics and revenue recognition principles.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA a plus.
Highly analytical, structured thinker with exceptional modeling and problem-solving abilities.
Effective communicator with strong executive presence and stakeholder management skills.

Location & Compensation
Remote (U.S.) | Atlanta HQ
Compensation includes a salary range of $150,000 to $200,000. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
