We have the best small-business payroll software on the market. Now we’re looking for a Growth Marketing leader to help us build and scale our paid marketing channels and demand gen. You’ll own growth strategy and execution across channels, stand up durable measurement, and scale what works.
Role Responsibilities:
Own paid growth end-to-end. Plan, launch, and scale programs across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, AdRoll/programmatic, and review marketplaces (Capterra/G2) with attention to ROAS, CAC, and payback.
Measurement & attribution. Architect UTMs, GA4 events, Google Tag Manager, enhanced/offline conversions, and CRM stitching to connect spend → revenue.
Experimentation & conversion optimization. Run disciplined A/B and multivariate tests across ads, LPs, forms, pricing pages, and trial/signup flows; quantify incremental lift and implement winners fast.
Demand gen orchestration. Partner with Product Marketing, Content, Sales, and operational teams to deliver segmented, high-intent campaigns (verticals, competitor plays, feature launches, etc).
Data & forecasting. Build and maintain models that connect spend to pipeline/revenue and project anticipated performance forecasts. Communicate assumptions, risk, and variance.
Channel expansion. Prioritize tests in paid social, affiliates/partners/influencers, sponsorships, and direct mail; define hypotheses, timelines, and success metrics.
Education and Experience:
8+ years in B2B SaaS growth/performance (SMB focus ideal) with direct ownership of acquisition targets and budgets
Hands-on platform expertise: Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Google Tag Manager, GA4, paid social, review marketplaces, retargeting/Rollworks. Previous experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, or similar.
Attribution modeling: You’ve implemented attribution models to reliably track spend impact and can reconcile data sources
Conversion optimization: You have deep experience designing, delivering, and reporting on performance for optimization experiments, with a track record of delivering material CVR lifts on ads and LPs
Track record of pipeline growth: You can demonstrate a track record of YoY expansion of qualified pipeline while improving lead→SQL and SQL→Closed Won conversion rates; proven ability to maintain CAC guardrails and forecast pipeline
Cross-functional leadership: You are comfortable getting to know the details of the whole path (MQL → SQL → Opp → Client), partnering with Sales and operational teams to improve pipeline quality and velocity
Not required, but you’d get bonus points for experience or education in the payroll, accounting, finance, or HR fields.

The salary range for the role is $150,000 to $213,000 in Atlanta, GA. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
