Job Summary:
As a Partner Sales Consultant, you are responsible for driving growth within OnPay’s Partner Channel. OnPay’s Partner Channel focuses on supporting accounting and bookkeeping firms that use OnPay to provide a full-service solution to their clients. You will focus on converting Partner channel leads to OnPay customers.
Responsibilities:
Own the sales pipeline from lead qualification to close, acting as the first point of contact for prospective Partners.
Perform tailored product demos for CPAs and bookkeepers to generate leads, showcase OnPay’s value, and grow our presence in the accounting community.
Onboard new Partners with a focus on driving conversion, early activation, and long-term engagement
Collaborate with the Partner Success Team to ensure smooth handoffs and identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
Consistently work to exceed sales targets while delivering exceptional service to new and existing Partners.
Operate autonomously, take full ownership of your pipeline, and leverage deep product expertise to win deals and build trust.

Experience and Skills:
2+ years of experience in a client- or prospect-facing role
2+ years of experience in a sales role
Payroll knowledge is strongly preferred
College experience (degree strongly preferred)
Excellent written and verbal communication
