Job Summary:

OnPay’s Implementation team is responsible for assisting new clients in the transition to our award-winning software. This role offers an exciting opportunity to ensure clients begin their journey with OnPay on a foundation of precision and accuracy. We fully understand that our client’s success makes us great. Duties/Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain broad knowledge of payroll procedures and the data involved in onboarding new clients within OnPay

• Independently manage day-to-day priorities and workload

• Review and analyze client payroll data saved in the client folder

• Accountable for the entry, accuracy, and completeness of all data entered into the OnPay database, based on the client reports provided

• Escalate any scenarios requiring additional client information or clarification

• Responsible for completing tasks by the communicated due date and escalating any scenarios where tasks are at risk of missing a due date

• Tracks time allocated to each task/project

• Utilize resources to calculate and document FUTA/SUTA draft amounts for new clients

• Highlight areas for improvement within processes and/or systems

• Ability to work collaboratively with multiple internal and external stakeholders

• Serve as an ambassador for OnPay by driving client satisfaction through effective communication and impactful engagement
