Job Summary:

The Financial Operations Team is responsible for carrying out risk assessments on new clients enrolling in OnPay and processing all transactions that come in
from, and go out to, our clients and their employees. This role offers a rare
opportunity to help shape and create a business function to enhance processes,
improve security, and streamline client experiences.

Role Responsibilities:

• Conduct risk assessments on newly enrolling clients/companies to
  determine both authenticity and credit risk

• Review of client activity for anomalous behavior

• Fastidious recordkeeping throughout daily processes

• Analyze both financial and non-financial data to shape business decisions

• Collaborate with clients to achieve the most suitable outcome for all parties

• Assist clients with queries relating to our business function

Traits We Seek:

• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, going from technical/financial to client interaction with ease

• Ability to strike a balance between working autonomously and comfort in
  asking teammates for their advice

• Critical thinker with the curiosity to ask why things are the way they are

• Detail-oriented and very organized

• Critical thinker, continuous improvement mindset

• Problem solver, able to display empathy in the pursuit of helping others

• Ability to communicate effectively and concisely, particularly through writing

Experience and Skills:

• 2-4 years of experience in financial services operations, or related field

• Aptitude for data analysis

• Advanced computer skills - Microsoft Excel

• Excellent written and verbal communication

• Experience using judgment in decision-making

• Understanding of credit risk

• College degree preferred
