As a Partner Sales Consultant, you drive growth within OnPay’s Partner Channel. OnPay’s Partner Channel focuses on supporting accounting and bookkeeping firms that utilize OnPay to provide a full-service solution to their clients. You will focus on converting inbound Partner channel leads to OnPay customers.
Responsibilities:
- Manage our inbound sales process
- Onboard new Partners
- Attend CPA & Bookkeeping events of all sizes to meet potential partners and build a network in the accounting community
- Serve as the initial lead point of contact for new partners
- Work closely with the Partner Success Team to ensure a smooth transition from lead to customer and coordinate any follow-up sales opportunities
- Provide exceptional sales & client service to new and existing Partners
- Operate with little oversight, be an executor, and build trust across the Partner Channel
- Become an OnPay product expert and share this knowledge with potential Partners

- Great listener while showing attentiveness, flexibility, patience, and empathy
Experience and Skills:
- 2+ years experience in a client-facing role
- 1-2 years experience in a sales role
- Payroll knowledge is strongly preferred
- College experience (degree strongly preferred)
- Excellent written and verbal communication
