Job Summary:
Inside Sales Representatives at OnPay are primarily responsible for engaging with prospective and incoming clients to familiarize them with OnPay’s system and services. The day-to-day activity of an Inside Sales Rep involves conducting outbound calls and emails to educate prospects regarding OnPay, generate qualified sales opportunities, and provide consultative guidance to prospects and clients on how to get started with our services quickly, easily, and accurately. We fully understand that our client's success makes us great. By doing business in this way, we deliver an exceptional experience resulting in saved time and money for our clients.
Role Responsibilities:
Serve as the initial point of contact to prospective clients, providing them with their first impression of OnPay
Be an expert in OnPay’s product and a full suite of service offerings to convey our strong value-proposition
Communicate with prospective clients via a combination of phone, chat, and email
Provide consultative assistance to prospective clients by understanding their needs and how OnPay fits their business
Respond to all prospect inquiries promptly and professionally
Gather information from prospects to build a foundation for future conversations with OnPay’s New Account Team
Schedule calls for prospective clients with our benefits team for further guidance

Education and Experience:
1-2 years in client-facing or a sales development role
College experience (degree strongly preferred)
